First play with oil

This is one of my first oil paintings from over three years ago. After working with acrylics for so many years through school, there came a time during my foundation course where I began experimenting with oil paints. Through following the intuition of my eye and hand, a mystical world began to form. It was a world where I used the oil paint to express the vibrancy and energy of life on a two-dimensional wooden surface.
